In order to ensure the rights and interests of both parties, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause to reduce differences and various unnecessary disputes.
1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 This agreement refers to the agreement between the user "you" and the services provided by BestVPS.io.
2. Account and password
2.1 When registering to use the services provided by BestVPS.io, you will need to register an account, and provide a social account program for quick login.
2.2 Please keep your account and password safe. When you're done using it, you should log out safely. Your account number or password may be stolen due to your poor storage, and you shall be solely responsible for it.
3. Personal privacy
3.1 In the process of registering an account or using this service, it may be necessary to fill in some necessary information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you may not be able to register. Wrong information will also lead to wrong system information, resulting in failure to contact, please check again before confirming,
3.2 If you find any mistakes in your personal information, you can browse and modify the information you submitted by yourself, or directly contact the person in charge of the background, and we will help you to check and make modifications.
3.3 To protect your personal information, we will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party.
4. Using the Services
4.1 No one may use any means (including but not limited to third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, equipment, etc.) to interfere, destroy, modify or exert other influence on this service.
4.2 Anyone without the authorization of BestVPS.io shall not use any third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, etc. to view and obtain any relevant information, data and other content related to users in this service,
4.3 Anyone who uses this service must abide by laws and regulations, and shall not produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information containing the following content or engage in related activities, nor shall anyone provide convenient:
(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution.
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.
(3) Damage to national honor and interests.
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.
(5) Those who undermine the state's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions.
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability.
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes.
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
(9) Violating the requirements of the "seven bottom lines" of the bottom line of laws and regulations, the bottom line of the socialist system, the bottom line of national interests, the bottom line of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the bottom line of social public order, the bottom line of morality, and the bottom line of information authenticity.
(10) Prohibited by relevant laws and regulations or this agreement.
4.4 Any mining or software or services that are more fair to broadband is strictly prohibited
4.5 Any hacking activities are strictly prohibited (including but not limited to: DDOS, Trojan virus, port scanning, internal and external attacks and other attempts to invade computers and networks in any form)
5. Effectiveness, modification, interruption and termination of the agreement and services
5.1 Your use of this service is deemed that you have read this agreement and accepted to be bound by this agreement.
5.2 BestVPS.io has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page.
5.3 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the services provided by BestVPS.io, you are deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.
5.4 You understand and agree that BestVPS.io may change the content of the service based on the adjustment of its business strategy, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
5.5 In case of any of the following situations, BestVPS.io has the right to interrupt or terminate the service to you without notice:
(1) You violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement.
(2) For security reasons or other necessary situations.
5.6 If you fail to pay in full and on time, BestVPS.io has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of services.
5.7 You are responsible for backing up the data stored on the Service by yourself. If your service is terminated, BestVPS.io has the right to permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is suspended or terminated, BestVPS.io has no obligation to provide or return data to you.
6. Payment and refund
6.1 The prices in the shopping cart are for reference only. Please refer to the final bill generated.
6.2 Please make payment before the bill is due, otherwise we will delete your data within 48 hours after the bill is closed. BestVPS.io will not attach any liability.
6.3 Applying for a refund will not refund the setup fee/installation fee under any circumstances after payment has been made.
6.4 You can negotiate with BestVPS.io to choose to refund through a third-party platform, and BestVPS.io will calculate the balance and handling fee according to different platforms to make an appropriate refund.
6.5 Prohibited or restricted users who violate any of the relevant laws and regulations or this agreement will not receive any refunds.
6.6 If the service promotion and representation of the services provided by BestVPS.io differ from the actual or the gap is greater than 50%. Once verified, appropriate adjustments and compensation will be made. No refund service.
6.7 No refunds will be provided after any service is activated.
7. Technology and support
7.1 BestVPS.io cannot guarantee that your data will not be lost or leaked.
7.2 Any work order application will be responded within 12 hours.
7.3 The technical department is limited to solving software technical issues related to service provision.
8. Special attention
8.1 If the customer violates the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when using the service, including but not limited to:
- «Annex III to the Basic Law: The Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region»
Section 161 of Cap. 200 of the Hong Kong Crimes Ordinance "Accessing a computer with criminal or dishonest intent"
·The service provider (BestVPS.io) has the right to interrupt the contract provided by the service provider for you at any time without any explanation or compensation
·If you use the service provider's services, there is any behavior that may cause the service provider to be held legally liable. The service provider has the right to delete the information you have stored in the service provider without any explanation or compensation.
All the above text comments and final decision rights are decided by BestVPS.io.
